Established in 2008 in Alexandria, Virginia, we are a certified small business that provides professional support services including:

SGI has provided services in over 60 countries.

SGI is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and Department of Commerce (DOC) and have proven experience in exporting International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controlled materials. We have a DCAA approved accounting system and billing system and currently maintain active Business Licenses in Mexico and Colombia. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. O'Keeffe leads accounting, financial planning & analysis, strategic business planning, regulatory compliance, treasury, and cost/price strategy.

Mike McManamon

Co-founder & Managing Partner

As a co-founder and Managing Partner, Mr. McManamon develops emerging business opportunities for SGI Global in the government arena and the private sector, while simultaneously ensuring SGI Global’s top performance standards on existing programs.
