Kimberly Kim

As the Human Resource Specialist, Ms. Kim leads the human resources department with an emphasis on human resources strategy, employee engagement, compensation philosophies, process improvement, training and development, creating strong business partnerships, and much more. As an advocate, she shares her insights and best practices with her fellow human resources professionals, encouraging them to elevate the employee experience. Prior to joining SGI, Ms. Kim held multiple HR positions in government contracting and homebuilding industries. Ms. Kim received a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and is a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
